The staff showcased exceptional customer service. they were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the restaurant offered limited, low-quality food options and mandatory service charges felt unwarranted for bar snacks. the advertised air conditioning was misleading as it couldn't cool the room adequately, making for an uncomfortable night.

Families should consider this place
The staff were absolutely amazing just like that time when my family and I arrived they greeted us as if we were family and that lovely warm welcome felt like it could take on anything even in a difficult situation Plus the room was clean and spacious with a LOVELY bath which made it feel like we were lounging in luxury instead of being away from home
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but you kinda get what you pay for here

The room, a Standard Double Room Disability Access, featured ample space and straightforward functionality. Despite being basic, it met the essential needs during a brief stay, proving effective for work purposes.
The experience ran into some bumps. the restaurant's evening chaos pushed me to skip dining there. I encountered difficulties with the lack of breakfast variety, leading to cold options and long waits, which sat poorly for an early meal. The noise levels from an unexpected school group disrupted the usually peaceful atmosphere, creating a challenging environment for relaxation. I faced minor inconveniences with the key card malfunction, which required an unplanned trip to reception.

Just a suitable option for a rapid stop in Warrington with incredible value for money. The waitress was very good, and they agreed not to charge for my meal when it wasn't as described. Make sure to confirm parking arrangements to avoid any issues.

I stayed for one night in a Standard Double Room. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room felt clean and the walk-in shower was powerful, which I loved after a long day. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and I appreciated the mini-bar and tea-making facilities in the room. Located just off the M6, the access was really convenient. Breakfast had a good variety of high-quality options, but a few items ran out quickly, and it took a while to get refilled. My only real issue was that the air conditioning didn't seem to work as well as expected, making the room a bit stuffy. I noticed some dirt in the corners of the room.
