Holiday Inn Warrington By Ihg - Warrington (Cheshire)

The staff showcased really good customer service. They were friendly and were really good too ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant offered limited, low-quality food options and mandatory service charges felt unwarranted for bar snacks. The advertised air conditioning was misleading as it couldn't cool the room adequately.

Comfortable overall experience. Fairly clean hotel with good amenities. Plenty of appetising options for meal. Best possible location, close to shopping centre. Near restaurant, motorway junction, and a quiet area.

Substantial breakfast, enjoyed it with plenty of food.

Really good breakfast quality

The lady running the restaurant was really friendly and helpful and made us laugh. The bed was comfortable and the price charged for the room was fair.

The facilities were exactly what you'd expect from a motorway stopover but felt a cut above other budget options. The staff were standout, genuinely friendly and eager to help. The coffee machine was a nice touch!

The room was very clean and a good size.

Its location is very isolated from any restaurants and shops. The hotel's restaurant was too expensive and it closed early, leaving no where else to buy any food.

Families should consider this place

The staff were amazing just like that time when my family and I arrived they greeted us as if we were family and that lovely warm welcome was like it could take on anything even in a difficult situation Plus the room was clean and spacious with a LOVELY bath , made it feel like we were lounging in luxury instead of being away from home

Nothing springs to mind. It was average and served a purpose. We have stayed at other Holiday Inns that we felt were a lot nicer (Marlow, High Wycombe was fabulous and felt a lot more luxurious)

Some staff were better trained in customer service than others...

We liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

We were disappointed with the breakfeast.The plates were cold and most of the food was barely warm.The toaster was also useless,the toast was either untoasted or burnt if you put the bread through twice,there was no adjustment on the toaster.We feel that a small adjustment to detail on the serving of breakfeast would make this hotel an excellent venue,it's a pity you let yourselves down on something quite simple.Please try and improve the breakfeast as we would seriously consider staying here again in future.
